This document describes the text messaging services provided by BenefitScore and the terms that apply when you opt-in to receive text messages from us.
Opt-In Information
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from BenefitScore, you consent to receive automated text messages related to:
- Your Benefit Score results and eligibility information
- Updates about benefit programs you may qualify for
- Reminders and follow-up information
- Promotional messages and offers from BenefitScore and our partners
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Types of Messages
One-Time Messages
You may receive one-time text messages in response to specific actions you take, such as completing the Benefit Score calculator or requesting information about a specific program.
Recurring Messages
If you opt-in to recurring messages, you may receive periodic updates, reminders, and promotional information. Message frequency varies and may include multiple messages per week.
Interactive Messaging
Some of our text messaging services may be interactive, allowing you to respond to messages to receive additional information or take specific actions.
Privacy
Your mobile phone number and the information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

Cancellation (STOP)
You can cancel text messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt-in again.
Please note that if you have opted in to multiple messaging programs, you may need to send STOP separately to each program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Service Availability

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to our text messaging services shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Use, including binding arbitration and class action waiver.
